Yellow=Your contact group is assigned to a pending campaign and your contacts will not receive campaign emails until you reactive your campaign.
Red=Your contact group is assigned to a deleted campaign and your contacts will not receive campaign emails.
Note, contact groups assigned to No Campaign or not assigned to a campaign yet do not have a status assigned and contacts will not receive campaign emails.
The contact will move to the VIP section when it is time to mix a phone call into your prospecting process. If you speak to the contact live, you can apply the appropriate reply action or press the left message button and send your follow up email.
